I've been extremely busy with my own MLM Online Business, so please forgive me. Also if you are wondering about the title of this article. This is a song I had in my head while I was putting this page together. "Do The Hussle" is a popular 70's disco song. Now let's get on with the real subject. It's always good to be out in the field with your business partners. I love it!!! It helps when it comes to keeping a good understanding about your team (organization) overall mindset. 
One of the concerns that I've been picking up from them is when it comes from making the transition between generating leads and recruiting their prospects. I will try to make this as clear as I can. You see, when you are using the Internet to generate your own leads you have to understand the purpose behind the motivation. One of the reasons you decide to generate your own leads would be so you can have complete control over the type of lead that you're trying to attract. This is done when you put together your PPC (Google Ad-words) or Ezine ad content. You will also use your capture page to further qualify the type of lead you are trying to generate. This is one of the main benefits you get when it comes to getting your own leads.
You will be able to let your potential lead know what type of Multi Level Marketing Business you are promoting right from the start.
If your Multi Level Marketing Business is in the Health Industry you could let your potential lead know before they give you their information. Maybe you have a fuel additive or legal services, maybe self development program or you make candles or whatever, the different types of Multi Level Marketing Businesses seem endless at times. You will be able to let your potential lead know right from the start. If the prospect still decides to fill out the form. The action from the prospect has just let you know that they would be highly interested in your type of Multi Level Marketing Business. This is something you could do with lead providers, but it is going to cost you quite a bit of money for a custom lead campaign for your team. Plus that same lead provider requires that you have at least 100 team members before you can open this type of campaign with them.
Now after you have gotten your potential lead to take the first step it's now time for the second.
Your second step will be to have your potential lead placed into your auto-responder system. Your lead capture page should have done this for you automatically. Yes somebody had a question? "What approach should I use when it comes to the type of messages I'm sending the prospect?" Great question!!! Well I would like to make a suggestion and that's all it is - a suggestion. I would go with a message approach that's design to educate your prospect about the Multi Level Marketing Business Industry. Now that's my suggestion to you. But you should do whatever approach that you will be comfortable with. Now you are probably wondering why I didn't say something like... "Well your next step would be to send them to your company website or send them a business presentation about your Multi Level Marketing Business" I feel I would have been wrong if I had told you that. I don't know if you have been through this website? But at the very top on my home page I have a saying that goes "Dare To Be Different". You see, when you send your prospect to your website or a business presentation, you have just used a method that the prospect is familiar with or even worse - has become numb from seeing this same method used a little too much, because everybody uses the same second step.
Your second step should be where you start to separate yourself from the rest of the pack even further.
Now there's been a lot of discussion about this topic, so you be the the judge. Why would I say you should use an educating approach instead of the more popular one. The answer is quite simple actually. You see, when you use this approach you will find that you will be a lot more successful recruiting a prospect that's been educated about your industry. When you talk to a prospect that has not been educated, then you leave the door open for a bunch of objections. Not being able to handle an objection from a prospect will severely limit your Multi Level Marketing Business when it comes to growth. Now if you have been properly trained, you will be able to handle whatever objections your prospect may have. But if your prospect has been educated, guess what - your job just got a whole lot easier. An educated prospect won't have all of those objections, because they should have been address in your educated auto-responder approach. Now you are already pre-selling your value to your prospect before they ever talk to you. This helps to build tremendous credibility and trust on your part.
Your prospect will appreciate your extra steps and reward you by giving your Multi Level Marketing Business a serious look.

The Internet should be used to qualify your prospect not recruit them. The Internet allows you the advantage to be able to talk to prospects who have raised their hands and look forward to hearing about your Multi Level Marketing Business. This way you are not wasting your valuable time talking to people who aren't looking for a home business opportunity. You are dealing only with people who are looking to better their time management and improve their financial situation.
